Technical Sales Engineer

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years technical and project related sales experience, with proven track record.

Senior Field Service Technicians


Crest Parking and Access Control is currently recruiting Skilled Senior Field Service Electronic Technicians in the CAPE TOWN region. The ideal candidate should be able to install, maintain and configure all electronic security products offered by us. This would include parking, access control, CCTV, etc. Qualifications

  • Completed A+ or N+ course (Networking) or similar
  • Completed N3 / N4 course (Electrical / Electronics)
  • Impro certification (IXP220/400i) and possibly Portal
  • CCTV installation & commissioning
Experience
  • Running, terminating and testing general network cabling
  • Working with general and power tools
  • Between 2-3 years technical, installations and onsite service calls
  • Excellent computer, networking skills with electronics understanding
  • Good understanding of electronic security industry concepts and principles
  • Good background in IT concepts, support & windows environment
Characteristics Confident on personal and professional level, Good communicator. Proud of achievements, willing to do any hardware related task at hand, quick learner and hard worker. Need to be neat, reliable and responsible with good problem-solving ability. Solution driven and commitment to resolving any technical issue at hand. Attention to detail with a responsible and accountable approach to procedures and policies. Scope Technicians will be required to drive to and from clients, installing and maintaining above systems with high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Be available to slot in with standby roster and work overtime where needed. Update job management software correctly and timeously as well as proactively communicate onsite findings for services and repairs. Requirements

Client Services Assistant


Crest Parking and Access Control are looking for a dynamic young multi tasker with a teachable team player personality for a busy but stimulating client services role. The candidate needn’t have any special qualifications bar the relevant skillset listed below. The candidate will receive on the job training and the intent would be to grow with the company.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised by nature (Admin intensive)
  • People’s person, positive demeanour
  • Client service driven
  • Working knowledge of MSOffice packages
  • Digitally switched on - use of apps, paperless filing systems etc.
  • Adaptable and pro diversity
  • Ability to use initiative

Role:

  • Assist and answer to Client Service Manager in day to day tasks
  • Update and communicate with clients on a daily basis
  • Communicate with technicians in the field on a daily basis
  • Assist with general administration including logging of calls, issuing of order numbers, drafting emails and small quotations
  • Answer phones and direct calls accordingly

Requirements:

  • Mid/Senior Software Developer
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in software development (4 to 5 years preferred)
  • Experienced in the following areas (required):
    • Microsoft Visual Studio Development environment
    • Microsoft .Net Framework/Core C#
    • SQL databases (MySQL or SQL Server preferred)
    • Javascript
    • HTML and CSS (Understanding of basic web layout and styling)
